Trauma-Informed Care
Health at Every SizeĀ®
Here at AP Counseling and Yoga, we help others on their journey of life through a non diet, holistic, and embodied approach to living and healing. We build on your current strengths and help you envision the life you desire.
Our goal is to take you from the never ending loop of anxiety and overwhelm to feeling more attuned to your intuition and stepping into the life you want to be living.
Overwhelm, saying yes when you actually mean no, and worrying. All the worrying.
Being able to ground yourself in the present moment, take a deep breath, and embrace life with more easy.
Denying that food freedom is possible and continuing to try all the diets (or lifestyle changes) in the book.
Sitting at any restaurant without guilt or anxiety and being fully present with your friends as you laugh and make memories.
You feel like you are constantly on edge and guard, waiting for the other shoe to drop because it has and will probably again.
You're able to let your guard down. You are able to be more present and connected. Your body doesn't hurt like it used to and you know that you have the tools to regulate if you need to.
