We use a blend of talk therapy, trauma informed yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and guided visualization to support your healing.
Anxiety is your nervous systems response to chronic stress or fear. It may be coming from something very obvious, such as a major life change or not getting a good nights sleep, but it could also stem from undiscovered overwhelm - you know, the thing that "everyone else is doing so why can't I?". Perhaps you're somebody who has always felt deeply and has experienced a life long undercurrent of anxiety. The goal of our anxiety work is to figure out how you can ground yourself and be present in the moment. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to embrace life with a little more ease?

Raise your hand if you've ever tried (and failed) at dieting. Yeah, our hands are raised too. And it sucks that so many of us were able to raise our hands. But here's the thing. The dieting industry has failed you. Majority of diets fail and instead of blaming the diet (like we should be doing) we blame ourselves, which sets us up for a lifelong battle of failure and loss of "willpower". Having a healthy relationship with food is possible, and chances are there's a lot more emotions connected to your eating habits than you think.
If you're sick of the negative food talk, schedule a discovery call.
It may feel like loving your body is absolutely impossible. Between subtle messages we pick up from family members and constantly being exposed to media and what society dubs as the "ideal" it makes sense why the concept of loving your body is hard to grasp. But imagine a life where you could move your body just because you wanted to, you are able to live well without the thoughts of weight or your body size, and you'd just be able to be.

Are you experiencing conflict around your religious experience? Maybe your current beliefs don’t align with your church’s beliefs or what you used to believe. Others may not understand your journey, leaving you with a loss of community. Therapy is a safe space to discuss your beliefs, figure out how to deconstruct and reconstruct your faith, and troubleshoot the issues that can come with leaving a faith community.

Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic tool that helps you access and process deeply rooted trauma and emotions that may feel stuck or overwhelming. You might not always have the words to describe what you're feeling, but brainspotting allows your brain to unlock those unprocessed experiences through focused eye positions and your body’s natural capacity to heal.

You can book just therapy and just yoga. They are separate services. Many of our yoga students are not therapy clients. And therapy clients can be yoga clients.
The 1st step to becoming a client is scheduling a Free 15 minute phone consultation with your preferred therapist which allows you and us an opportunity to connect with each other and determine if we would be a good fit working together. 2nd step following the phone consultation is to schedule an intake session which is a 60 minute telehealth or in person session.
Each therapist has their own fees for their services based on their level of expertise. Our rates on average are between $140-$180 a session.
We offer therapy packages and therapy intensives.
Our therapy packages offer an opportunity to group therapy sessions together, gain access to our on demand yoga studio, and have an opportunity to Finance.
Our therapy packages and therapy intensives also have financing options available through care credit.
