This 75-minute session offers a journey into inner child work, supported by an immersive and sound bath experience.
It provides ample time for deep relaxation, gentle exploration, and integration.
The Experience: The session starts with grounding and conscious breathing, accompanied by the deep, resonant vibrations of crystal sound bowls and Koshi chimes. You'll be guided through a full body scan relaxation, inviting every part of your being to release tension and settle into a state of stillness, as the soundscape gently washes away external distractions.
As your body and mind relax, the focus shifts to creating your sacred inner space. Through detailed visualization, you'll be invited to construct or discover a deeply nurturing and safe sanctuary within your imagination – a place where you feel completely protected and at ease. This part of the journey is unhurried, allowing you to fully inhabit and personalize this safe haven.
With the foundation of safety established, you will then be gently guided to invite your inner child into this sacred space. This extended time allows for a more nuanced connection. You might encounter your inner child at different ages, or see various aspects of their personality emerge. The sound bath will subtly shift, incorporating softer chimes to create a tender, supportive atmosphere for this reunion.
You'll have ample time to listen, acknowledge, and interact with your inner child. This might involve offering words of comfort, a gentle touch, or simply being present with them. The guidance will encourage you to explore any unmet needs, unexpressed emotions, or past experiences that your inner child might be holding.
Following this deep connection, the session moves into a phase of integration and re-parenting. You'll visualize your adult self as a loving, capable guardian, gently guiding and reassuring your inner child. Imagine nurturing them, empowering them, and bringing them into a state of wholeness and harmony with your present self.
Finally, the sounds will gradually recede, becoming more spacious and quiet, guiding you gently back to your physical body and the present moment.

It is my belief that yoga can act as a bridge to connecting the mind and body which can be a powerful tool in emotional, mental, and physical health. The experience that happens on the mat can be seen as an extension of therapy.
My classes and sessions are inclusive, trauma informed, embodied, and recovery focused.
Our yoga and meditations aim to be accessible meaning we teach by making yoga shapes accessible to your body utilizing supports.
This will be a mat yoga class specifically. Range of motion and ability that allows for getting down and up from the flow will be needed. A chair version of this program is in development.
