About the Hosts

Hi! I’m Angela Prior (LCSW-S, E-RYT), and I’ve spent over 16 years navigating the wild, beautiful world of mental health. As a therapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher, I’m obsessed with "bottom-up" healing; basically I help people stop overthinking their pain and start listening to what their bodies are actually trying to say!

Whether I’m using Brainspotting or mindful movement, my goal is always to make embodied care feel less like a clinical buzzword and more like a warm, grounded reality.  deep appreciation for a good, judgment-free conversation.

I'm Kierstin von Frangenberg (E-RYT 500), and I’m here to help you get back into your body, no yoga pretzel shapes required! With over a decade of teaching experience, I’ve traded the "no pain, no gain" mentality for a deep dive into somatic wisdom and nervous system regulation. My mission is to make embodied care feel intuitive and accessible, helping you find those little pockets of peace in a world that’s constantly asking for "more."

 As a recovery advocate and seeker of all things soulful, I’m all about those "aha!" moments that happen when we finally slow down enough to listen.
