There is absolutely no performance, strict alignment pressure, or expectation to look a certain way—just a safe, quiet space to gently move and breathe. Our certified facilitators guide you through relational movement patterns designed to safely regulate your autonomic nervous system and help you reclaim a sense of agency over your physical self.
